When someone you refer completes a quote and coverage review with us, you’ll receive a gift card valued at $25 or more as our way of saying thank you.
Why We Can Offer This
Illinois law (215 ILCS 5/500-80) allows insurance agencies to give nominal referral gifts—whether or not you’re a client, and whether or not a policy is purchased. Just like the law that allows modest policy service fees, this one makes room for small, transparent gestures of appreciation.
Our gifts are never tied to a sale. They’re simply a thank-you for helping us reach others who could benefit from our approach: Knowledge, Options, and Care.
(This token of thanks complies with Illinois Insurance Code §500-80 and is not contingent upon the purchase of insurance.)
How It Works
- Send a referral — Email your referral’s full name, phone number, and email address to ClientCare@GreenBrookIG.com.
- We’ll connect with them — Our team will offer a complimentary Coverage Confidence Review and, if they’d like, a personalized proposal.
- You’ll receive your gift card — Once their quote and review are complete, your gift card (Amazon, Visa, or another current promotion) will be sent electronically or by mail by the following month.
You can earn up to 20 referral thank-yous per calendar year (for a total of up to $500). This limit keeps the process simple and prevents any IRS 1099 paperwork for you.
